- Students are expected to be punctual and not to obtain leave except under a great need.
- Leave application because of illness or an urgent business must be signed by father or legal guardian of the student.
- Application for sick leave for more than seven days must be accompanied by a medical certificate issued by a competent doctor.
- Name of a student who is continuously absent for more than SIX days without an application shall be struck off the school rolls without notice.
- A student who is habitually absent will be struck off and will not be readmitted but the final decision will be at the discretion of the Principal.
- A student who remains absent from the school without an application shall be fined.
- Students showing good attendance and regularity will be awarded a certificate of appreciation.
- All Public and Gazetted Holidays as well as those required for events such as sports day, prize distribution etc. shall be announced by the Principal.
